We carefully prepare each order in our New York studio within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping via EMS (for orders over $50) – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Return Promise

If your artisan-crafted decor piece arrives damaged or doesn’t perfectly complement your space as envisioned, we’ll gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our collections, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized decorative items
  • Opened collections of decorative plates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our New York-based team will respond within 1 business day with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (for damaged/incorrect items)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please repackage your item with all original materials. For fragile pieces like vases and decorative plates, we recommend double-boxing for protection during transit.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of decorative items:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
  3. We’ll ship your new piece once the return is received

For quicker exchanges, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable

Damaged Items

If your decorative treasure arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange return shipping at our expense
  • Choose between a replacement or full refund
