• Free Shipping via EMS (for orders over $50) – 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

3. Repackage the item with all original materials (double-box fragile items)

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized decorative items
• Opened collections of decorative plates (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as “final sale”

5.3 Refunds
